He founded and leads one of Vanuatu's foremost government-designated Citizenship by Investment agencies, and is actively engaged in wealth management, global mobility, cybersecurity and advisory mandates for both government and private enterprise.

A recognised authority on the Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment Program, and the Capital Investment Immigration Plan in particular, Mr Kolthek served as an advisor to the Vanuatu Government during its development, giving clients privileged insight into the program's framework. He divides his time between Port Vila, Vanuatu and Sydney, Australia.

A seasoned business leader with a track record of founding, scaling and directing ventures across diverse market segments, Mrs Kolthek is a widely recognised expert on the Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment Program. Under her stewardship, the firm has successfully guided more than 300 clients and their families to Vanuatu citizenship since 2018.
