Governance

Terms of Service.

The conditions governing your use of this website and any advisory engagement. Please read carefully.

Nature of Engagement

Freedom to Travel is a strategic advisory firm specialising in Vanuatu citizenship-by-investment programmes. We are not a government agency, law firm, or accounting practice. Our role is to guide eligible applicants through the citizenship process with discretion, structure and principal-level oversight. All information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or investment advice. Before making any decision, you should consult independent legal and financial professionals licensed in your jurisdictions of residence and/or citizenship.

Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request via this website does not create a binding engagement. It initiates a confidential conversation during which we may assess preliminary suitability. A formal advisory relationship begins only upon execution of a written engagement agreement and payment of any applicable retainer or advisory fee. We reserve the right to decline representation at our sole discretion, including where an applicant does not meet programme eligibility criteria, presents source-of-funds concerns, or where a conflict of interest exists.

Confidentiality

All communications between you and Freedom to Travel, whether via this website, encrypted email, secure call, or in-person meeting, are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client identities, inquiry details, or engagement specifics to third parties except: • As required for formal citizenship application submission to the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission • To professional subcontractors bound by confidentiality agreements • As compelled by valid legal process or regulatory requirement Your obligation of confidentiality is mutual: materials we provide (programme briefs, fee structures, process documentation) are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or relied upon by unauthorised parties.

Fees & Investment Minimums

Advisory fees and government programme contributions are quoted individually based on family composition, chosen pathway, and complexity. All fees are disclosed transparently in our engagement documentation before any commitment is required. Programme investments (e.g., donations to the National Development Fund or capital placements under the CIIP) are payable directly to government-designated accounts or approved fund administrators. Freedom to Travel does not hold client funds in trust; we facilitate instruction and documentation only.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Vanuatu citizenship is granted at the sole discretion of the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission and the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu. While we prepare every file to the highest standard and maintain close liaison with authorised agents and government channels, we cannot and do not guarantee: • Approval of any citizenship application • Processing within a specific timeframe, though we target the programme's published benchmarks • Visa-free access to any particular country at any future date, as immigration policies change Our engagement is to advise and shepherd, not to underwrite governmental decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, branding, programme descriptions, and process documentation, is the intellectual property of Freedom to Travel or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal reference only. You may not reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use this website or our consultation infrastructure for any unlawful purpose, including: • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Interfering with the proper working of the site or our communications infrastructure • Harvesting contact details or data of other users We monitor traffic for security purposes and reserve the right to suspend access, decline inquiries, or report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom to Travel and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to: • Your use of this website or its content • Any advisory engagement, whether or not formalised • Government decisions on citizenship applications • Changes in visa-free travel privileges or tax legislation Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of advisory fees actually paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Port Vila, Vanuatu, and you submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
